Section Organisation

The section has been divided into the two areas: Treachery and Treason. The relevant section explains the acts of UK law used to try the accused and also explains the key difference between offences under the Treason Act and the Treachery Act 1940. Essentially, the difference is the question of owing allegiance. Read the relevant section for a more detailed explanation, along with details of those people tried under these acts.
